Cradlefin Consultants are recruting for s Managing Director for a global leader in HVAC manufacturing, known for delivering top-tier products and exceptional customer service to drive innovative growth.

The ideal candidate is a proven senior leader with stolid construction or HVAC experience and strong P&L and supply chain management expertise. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the business through strategic planning, organisational change, and digital transformation while driving forward sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and execution of sustainability, digitalisation, and business strategies.
• Drive organisational growth through innovative leadership and change management.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a robust company culture, and unlock the full potential of individuals within the organisation.
• Manage and oversee P&L, ensuring consistent performance improvements and profitability.
