Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Cradlefin Consultants are recruiting Advanced Nurse Practitioners for an GP Centre in Leeds to work independently and in conjunction with other health care professionals to assess, diagnose and treat the conditions of patients attending within primary care initiating direct referrals as appropriate.

You will manage daily surgery comprising of face-to-face consultations, telephone consultations and telephone triage work and provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
