Health Care Assistant Worker

Cradlefin Consultants are recruiting for Agency Care Support Workers to work with our client in Peacehaven – East Sussex meeting patient’s individual needs including providing daily support, personal care and administer medication. Activities could range from helping with cooking and cleaning, supporting a person to make healthy choices, supporting  a person to have their hair cut or visit family.

Are you smart, confident, good team player, compassionate and eager to support service users and patients in achieving their preferred care outcomes? Duties will include all aspects of caring including personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Arranging daily activities
• Taking our tenants out on trips and activities
• Helping to prepare meals
• Assistance with attending any necessary appointments

Requirements:

• Right to work in UK
• Minimum 1 years’ paid UK experience in care
• Up to date Mandatory Practical training and proof
• DBS (Update Service)
• Two satisfactory professional references (care related)
• The ability to cope effectively with challenging behaviour
• Good communication and team working skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
