Agency Health Care Support Worker

Cradlefin Consultants are recruiting for Health Care Support Workers to work with our various clients accross United Kingdom meeting their individual needs including providing daily support, personal care and administer medication.

Are you smart, confident, good team player, compassionate and eager to support service users and patients in achieving their preferred care outcomes? Duties will include all aspects of caring including personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Arranging daily activities
• Taking our tenants out on trips and activities
• Helping to prepare meals
• Assistance with attending any necessary appointments

Requirements:

• Right to work in UK
• Minimum 1 years’ previous NHS experience
• Up to date Mandatory Practical training and proof
• DBS (Update Service)
• Two satisfactory professional references (care related)
• The ability to cope effectively with challenging behaviour
• Good communication and team working skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

This role requires applicants to have a minimum of 12 months previous experience working for the NHS.
