Job Description

Cradlefin Consultants are recruiting for a Project Manager/Delivery Head in SAP & EWM to ead end-to-end project management activities, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, risk assessment, and timeline tracking in Banking, Insurance and Finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary technical interface for multiple SAP teams, managing the delegation of development meetings amongst the internal team
  • Lead the review & negotiations of estimations for primary development phases and for changes/deviations
  • Propagate an SAP clean core mindset and esnure  that design & development of the integrated solution is compatible with the agreed requirements
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT developers, solution architects, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in SAP EWM implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules or third-party systems
  • Oversee data migration initiatives, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Drive adoption of best practices and standards in SAP EWM implementation and data migration processes
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa
  • Mentor junior team members and provide expertise in SAP EWM and related technologies
  • Ensure adherance to development guidelines and principles
  • Ensure that proposed solutions support functional requirements and business objectives
  • Ensure risks are identified, highlighted and escalated – lead teams to mitigate risks or resolve related issues
  • Ensure relevant data teams work together and are focussed on ongoing prioritised tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 13 to 15 years of progressive experience in project management, with a focus on SAP EWM implementation, data migration, and related technologies
  • Strong expertise in SAP EWM configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules or third-party systems
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Clean Core is preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, delivering results within budget and timeline constraints
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • SAP certifications in relevant modules (EWM, S/4HANA) are a plus
