Cradlefin Consultants are recruiting for General Operatives to work in Hampshire covering Andover and Romsey working Mondays to Fridays. Rate: £12.57 per hour.
Job Rsponsibilities:
- To undertake work activities such as domestic bin emptying, litter bin emptying or grass cutting in accordance with the Council’s standards
- Use of basic tools such as bin bag, litter picker, push mower, pedestrian sweeper, broom, strimmer etc. to perform tasks
- To act as a reversing assistant for colleagues in vehicles as and when requested
- To issue information tags and complete any relevant records or logs (paper based or digital) in a timely manner as reasonably requested
- To act as an ambassador for the Council while carrying out tasks and duties
- To work with colleagues or in teams as required ensuring commitments of the service are met
Person Specifications:
• Ability to work alone for long periods in working day, or as part of a team
• Flexibility to undertake different tasks in various locations from day to day
• Ability to establish a good working relationship with a range of people
• Good oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to work in physically demanding job
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
