Job Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design:

  • Design and implement scalable and maintainable .NET 8 solutions
  • Define architectural best practices for Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, ensuring high performance and scalability
  • Establish best practices for REST API design and development

PI Development & Security:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive team to enrich your expertise in providing services for both Haemato-Oncology as well as general & laboratory Haematology. Main duties:

  • To provide a Consultant Haematology service for inpatient and outpatient services and for the proper functioning of the department.
  • It is anticipated that the post holder will have continuous responsibility for laboratory quality assurance and compliance with hospital transfusion policies and development of such policies where necessary.
  • To carry out teaching duties as required and, in particular, to take an active part in the education programme of trainee medical staff and medical undergraduate students from the Sheffield University. Responsibility for educational and clinical supervisor activities for Core Trainee and SpR in Haematology is shared between the three post holders.
  • The post holder will have full continuing clinical responsibility for patients under his or/her care, and for the provision of treatment relevant to their haematological condition whilst in hospital. Cradlefin Consultants are currently looking for Histopathology Consultant to work in an NHS hospitals in the United Kingdom. You will be prepared to become the lead for at least one area of cancer pathology and to cover the MDT for that area. The post holder must have FRCPath and evidence of experience in Histopathology suitable to working in a district general hospital or multiple specialty reporting experience. You must also be able to demonstrate autonomous practice. Salary: £105,504.00 - £139,882.00 per year.

Main duties:

  • Evidence of working independently at UK consultant level (i.e. taking full responsibility for cases they sign out, without requiring supervision)
  • Able to work as a general histopathologist; we may be able to accept someone who doesn’t cover one or two areas of pathology but we essentially need a generalist
  • Prepared to become the lead for at least one area of cancer pathology and to cover the MDT for that area
  • Able to report a workload typical of a UK District General Hospital pathology department
  • Able to independently cut-up all cases received in the Department
  • Prepared to be physically present in the Department at least four days per week, and preferably five days per week.
  • Preferably have experience of working in the UK, but if not, as a minimum have experience of a typical UK workload and case-mix
  • Prepared to give second opinions to colleagues when requested
  • There is currently no requirement for reporting of cytology or performing of post-mortems

Requirements:

  • Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) or be in the process of registering for a licence to practice
  • Ideally be on the Specialist Register or possess FRCPath or equivalent qualification
  • Experience at reporting at consultant level
  • Must be able to satisfy the language test requirements of the UKVI remit

Main duties:

  • Lead the care of inpatients on a General Internal Medicine/ Specialty ward Develop standards, procedures and systems to ensure safe, high quality and efficient patient care from the point of entry to admission or discharge

Are you a dedicated Psychiatry Medical Consultant Doctor committed to providing extemporary care and treatment to patients throughout the NHS or Private Hospitals?
Can you manage clinical complexity and uncertainty and makes decisions based on evidence and experience including the contribution of others? Salary: £105,504.00 - £139,882.00 per year.

Main duties:

  • Provide consultant leadership to the multidisciplinary ward team
  • Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of the mental and physical health for 11 acutely ill adult female inpatients
  • Carry out all Responsible Clinician’s duties for those patients detained under the Mental Health Act 1983, maintaining all care planning in line with legal requirements. These duties will include: assessing patients under the Mental Health Act, capacity assessments, consent to treatment, tribunal report writing, attending Mental Health Act Review Tribunals and Managers’ Hearings, granting Sec 17 leave, revoking CTOs, recommending CTOs, etc.
  • Assume clinical responsibility for adult patients with mental illness admitted acutely from community services (All admissions will be gate- kept by the Crisis Resolution/Home Treatment team)
  • Undertake all work in the context of the recovery approach, which is emphasised across the Trust, placing the service user at the center of care planning and decision making
  • Attend the ward on a daily basis to review patients, enable facilitation of the care program approach and involve carers when appropriate at each stage of the inpatient stay.
  • Provide support and training to other health care professionals and support service users through the care pathway as required whilst working with other teams in the community setting
