Job Description

Cradlefin Consultants are recruiting for an SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of SAP integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations and also responsible for customer’s transformation stretegy through amangement of cloud implimentation initiatives utilising agile methodologies. Banking, Insurance & Finance sector. Hybrid (Office + Home)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business leaders and IT teams
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP integration initiatives, liaising with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and SAP consultants
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, and responsibilities, and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee testing phases to validate the functionality and performance of integrated SAP solutions, coordinating with end-users to gather feedback and address issues
  • Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of new SAP systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability of SAP integration processes

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP integration, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Extensive experience working in the Food and Beverage industry, bottling industry, or warehouse management is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Data Services, etc
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • SAP certification(s) preferred
